Mill Creek Café Event Schedule

Mill Creek welcomes one and all to our musical events.  Friday and Saturday music on the lawn begins at 7 pm with food and drinks available at 6 pm.  Music can also be enjoyed during Wednesday Spaghetti Suppers in the family dining room, and Sunday Gospel can be heard from 4 pm to 7 pm most Sundays. 

All our events are free, though we encourage our guests to enjoy a meal while they’re here and contribute to the hat when it’s passed.  All our musicians sing for their supper, so everyone’s support is encouraged.  

Mill Creek Café is located at 1152 Virginia Ave. at the corner of Route 39 and Route 42 in Goshen, Virginia.

Chuck Taylor “The Mad Cat in the Coffeehouse” is a energetic one man gig with an ecclectic selection of sound, ranging from soft and mournful ballads to industrialized accoustic rendititions of Ernie Ford. With a percussive style Chuck lands heavy on the bass strings of his guitar and thunders out a bluesy hillbilly sound reminiscent of Howling Wolf and Johny Cash at a Broadway musical. A one man show that is defenitely worth seeing.

Wildhorse started in early 2009 with the former Miller Brothers Band members crossing paths with Jeremy Staubus.  Based out of Verona, VA, the band plays country and rock classics, new and old. In addition to their crowd-pleasing cover music, Jeremy is an avid songwriter and the band is rallying to put out his originals. Two originals that they currently have in their set list are “Stay” and “Cowgirl.” Jeremy’s talent for songwriting and the band’s creative musical talent make these songs come alive. Get ready to boogie!
